SIP Trunking

We offer SIP trunking in three configurations: inbound only trunks; inbound and outbound local trunks and metered trunks where you only pay for usage. You can choose the trunking method that provides you with the best pricing and functionality.

Inbound only SIP Trunks are available on a per month/per trunk basis and can be ordered in any quantity. They are specifically used for incoming local phone numbers and DIDs. For example you may require 20 SIP trunks and 30 phone numbers just to be used for incoming calls to your PBX. In some cases, we can use the same inbound trunks for multiple locations; we also offer SIP trunks for International DIDs in over 100 countries.

Bidirectional Local SIP Trunks are available on a per month/per trunk basis and can be ordered in any quantity. They are specifically used for incoming local phone numbers and DIDs, toll free calls and outgoing calls.

Metered SIP Trunks only incur cost based on usage. All traffic can be supported on metered trunks.

It is possible to set up metered trunks as overflow to un-metered trunks. This is useful for organizations that may on occasion experience a spike in call volume and require extra capacity for a short period of time.

Global Toll Free Numbers With Wikibuli Communications’ Global Toll Free Service, you can expand your business around the globe. This service offers a much easier way to deliver international toll free calls to your customers, regardless of where they are located. All you have to do is dial the local toll free number provided and the call is automatically routed to the country where you wish to receive the call.

We have two distinct service offerings to meet your needs: Universal International Phone Numbers (UIFN) A universal international freephone number is a worldwide toll-free “800 number” issued by the ITU. Like the 8XX area codes in the U.S. and Canada, the call is free for the caller, and the receiver pays the charges. UIFN uses ITU country code 800, so that no matter where the caller is, only the international access code (IAC) and the 8-digit UIFN need to be dialed.

International Toll Free Services (ITFS) International Toll Free Service is a nation- specific toll free “800 number”, issued by the the country of origination. ITFS uses a toll free dialing prefix from the originating country, and the number must be dialed according to local parameters.
